Rainshadow Environmental Homes
This is a demonstration of the New Jefferson County Home Builders BuiltGreen Guidelines. The vision was to design using less waste, a passive solar house that is environmentally friendly and healthy.

Gilmore Home
In this 1690 square foot home, skylight and transom windows, as well as interior windows and glass doors, naturally light the inside spaces.

Dumenil Home
This 2440 square foot home has both thermal hot water collectors and photovoltaic roof panels with in-floor radiant heat. The design has multi-use spaces including with a small kitchenette upstairs for a separate unit.

Garrison Home
All the trim is harvested from trees cut on the site.
